Ayanda joined the Mazi Asset Management Board in May 2022 as an independent non-executive director. She holds an Honours in Social Science and Industrial Psychology and brings extensive experience in corporate governance, investor relations,. Ayanda serves as Group Executive for Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations at Hulamin and previously held executive roles at the South African Maritime Safety Authority (Samsa) and the Department of Transport.
